Shipping & Returns


Product that is delivered in damaged condition can be returned for an exchange. Should this unfortunate circumstance occur, we ask that you
 contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  Please provide us with your order number and details about the product that was damaged. We will respond quickly with return and/or exchange instructions.

Your replacement product or refund will be delivered to you no more than 4 days after we've received the damaged merchandise. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Vubble unless mutually agreed on.

We do not offer returns for any product that has been opened.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on e-cig and "tobacco products" in some countries that prevent us from being able to safely and legally deliver Vubble e-liquid.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
